I believe in something I call the ‘Organic Economy’ – which redefines PROFIT to: Practical Relationships of Opportunity based on Fairness, Innovation and Trade.

“In an organic economy, business structures are based on empowering labour, ethical trade exchanges, and social and distributive justice,” says the man whose Nui coconut brand has integrated coconut producers in the South Pacific with the world market for a fair financial return.

It sounds a long and idealistic shot, but as consumer conscientiousness grows, more organic business are proving companies can keep integrity at every stage, and still harvest a healthy financial return.
